UK Orders: FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS over £80 (Once Dispatched) (Excluding NI).
All UK orders are dispatched on a guaranteed next day service.
Europe: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over £100.00. Orders below £100 will incur a £20.00 charge.
Rest of the World: FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over £120.00. Orders below £120 will incur a £20.00 charge.
Rest of the world standard shipping is 1-5 business days depending on your country.
All orders are dispatched via DHL with a full track and trace system in place to give you full control over your delivery.
We aim to fulfil and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days (Please Note: This may increase significantly during busy periods). No orders are dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. Once your order is dispatched you will be issued with a tracking number to track your order via the DHL website.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

Please do note, minimal fees and taxes maybe due at the border. Failure to settle these may result in return/seizure of the goods, additional costs may occur in relation to this. Any costs will be deducted from any refund issued. Please do check any applicable import duties/taxes prior to ordering. We are not liable for any of these charges and can do nothing to influce/alter the value.

Items* can be returned and refunds will be issued. Returns postage costs are strictly at the cost of the customer.
Vintage Standards sells second hand clothes meaning that under the consumer rights act of 2015 we do not have to take returns on products if the customer changes their mind once the purchase has been made.

Build Your Box
All items purchased within the Build Your Box offer must be returned together.
The items pictured are not the items you will receive, these are simply illustrative pictures used as an example.
Mystery/Vintage boxes are sold as one individual custom made product.
As such, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please do ensure you thoroughly check the description of the product prior to purchase to manage your own expectations. All other terms and conditions apply.
For a return to be valid, we must receive your returned order back at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery for UK customers, or 21 days of delivery for International customers. All returns conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund.
Items not received within the above timeframe will not be eligible for a refund and may incur a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note, any postage costs will not be refunded.
Returns are at our teams discretion and all items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, all our items are laundered before sale, any items not still in the same condition as when dispatched will be rejected.
Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Vintage Standards does not take responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our returns department.
*Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
** Customers returning goods from the EU will have the import VAT that was paid on their orders delivery deducted from their refund amount. If customers wish to reclaim this VAT, they will need to do of their own accordance.
